Mattel, Inc. (MAT) has announced that Chief Financial Officer, Anthony DiSilvestro, will retire on May 15, 2025. To facilitate a seamless transition, the company has commenced a thorough search process for his successor, enlisting the expertise of a prominent executive search firm. Post-retirement, DiSilvestro will continue to provide advisory support until August 15, 2025.
