US Natural Gas Build Exceeds Expectations

During the week ending October 24th, US energy companies injected 74 billion cubic feet of natural gas into storage, raising the total to 3,853 billion cubic feet. This exceeded the anticipated increase of 71 billion cubic feet. As a result, stocks were 0.8% higher than they were during the same period last year, and they are now 4.6% above the current five-year average.
