In November 2025, consumer prices in Seychelles remained stable compared to the previous year, after experiencing a 0.30% increase in October. The pace of price increases slowed for various food items excluding fish, registering a 2.24% rise compared to 2.29% in October, while prices for non-food products declined by 0.29% after remaining steady the previous month, and fish prices decreased by 0.95% following a 1.20% increase earlier. Within the non-food sector, there was a noticeable deceleration in price growth for clothing and footwear, which grew by 0.33% compared to 1.21%, and for miscellaneous goods and services, which rose by 1.52% compared to 1.61%. There were also reductions in the costs of housing and utilities, dropping by 2.26% compared to a previous decline of 0.43%, as well as furniture and household equipment, which fell by 1.66% after a 0.49% increase. Conversely, prices saw an upward trend in areas such as transport, rising 1.27% compared to 0.15%, and alcoholic beverages, which experienced a substantial increase of 3% after a minor rise of 0.05%. On a month-to-month analysis, consumer prices increased by 0.24% in November, marking a recovery from a 0.21% decrease in October.
